Standard Room Reservations
Our standard cancellation policy for regular room reservations:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in date
- One night's charge for cancellations within 48 hours
- Full charge for no-shows or same-day cancellations
All times are based on the hotel's local time zone (CET).
Luxury Suites
For luxury suite bookings:
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
- 50% charge for cancellations 3-7 days before check-in
- Full charge for cancellations within 3 days
- Special terms apply for presidential and penthouse suites
Group Bookings
Group reservations (5 or more rooms):
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in
- 25% charge for cancellations 15-30 days before
- 50% charge for cancellations 7-14 days before
- Full charge for cancellations within 7 days
Event Bookings
For event space and conference room bookings:
- Full refund for cancellations 60+ days before event
- 75% refund for cancellations 30-60 days before
- 50% refund for cancellations 15-29 days before
- No refund for cancellations within 14 days
Peak Seasons & Special Events
Special cancellation terms apply during:
- Major holidays (Christmas, New Year's, etc.)
- Formula 1 Grand Prix period
- Monte Carlo Masters
- Monaco Yacht Show
During these periods:
- Non-refundable deposit required at booking
- Full payment required 30 days before check-in
- No refunds for cancellations within 30 days
Reservation Modifications
Changes to existing reservations:
- Date changes subject to availability
- Rate differences may apply
- Modifications must be made at least 48 hours before check-in
- Peak season bookings cannot be modified
Refund Process
When a refund is due:
- Credit card refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Bank transfers may take 7-10 business days
- Option to receive credit for future stays
- 10% bonus credit when choosing hotel credit option
Force Majeure
Special considerations for circumstances beyond control:
- Natural disasters
- Government travel restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Civil unrest or war
In such cases, we will work with guests to:
- Reschedule stays without penalty
- Issue full refunds when applicable
- Provide credit for future bookings
